Youth Strength
Without Limits Youth programs consist of distance and sprint training. If you know which division your child falls under you can proceed with that choice. If you are not sure, you can put BOTH and we can eventually decide what is the best option for your child.
Both programs work on form and mechanics FIRST. If we feel an athlete needs more specific training in one area, we will make a recommendation.
Parents can also get their athletes 1 on 1 sessions for coach time based on specific needs of the child.
