Also available, adding consistent Alter G Sessions in the WOL Alter G Lab. The AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill is a treadmill that uses air pressure to reduce the amount of body weight supported by the lower extremities. It's used for physical therapy, sports training, and rehabilitation

Swim Sessions at the YWCA or Endless Pool Coaching
Swim Program:
- Meets 3 times per week at the YWCA.
- Coaches help you improve your swimming skills and keep you motivated.
- If you're completely new, start with a one-on-one session.
- Elite Endless Pool Coaching also Available
YWCA Membership:
- YWCA membership costs are included in our swim packages.
- If you want to use the YWCA outside of class time, you'll need a separate membership.
Swim Packages:
- Choose from a 12-pack, 8-pack, or 4-pack or our Elite Endless Pool Coaching
- All packages expire in 3 monthsu2014use them or lose them.
- If you need to cancel a session (after you RSVP), do so by 8 pm the night before.
