2024 WOL Triangle Outdoor Track
Without Limits Triangle Outdoor Track 2024
The Outdoor Track Season is a 12-week session that will run from March 18th to May 31st.
We will continue to offer both competitive and non-competitive options this season. The non-competitive option is for athletes who want to train with the team 2-3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday). The competitive option is for athletes who are ready for additional workouts and racing opportunities. They are invited to train 4-5 times a week and compete in meets.
Our program is designed for athletes aged 7-18. All skill levels are welcome to sign up for the non-competitive option. However, if you are new to the program and would like to sign up for the competitive option, please email Coach Estep (estepjosh@gmail.com) to set up an evaluation before registering. All elementary aged athletes should register for the "non-competitive" option; however they may compete in meets that allow 3rd-5th grade athletes.
