Winter Youth Running Program
Without Limits Charleston is offering a winter youth running program for ages 7-16. The program is for athletes of all levels and will be structured to ensure all athletes get the full benefit of the program. There are two different options for athletes to help with varying winter schedules. All practices will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 5-6pm at either Hampton Park or Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park. See the schedule below. All athletes will have the opportunity to race in the Charlie Post Classic 5k on January 11th. Registration in this program does NOT include race entry.
The Winter Youth Running Program will provide athletes with Without Limits swag, including a t-shirt (Note: After Dec. 1st, t-shirt is no longer guaranteed). An Athlete of the Week will be honored each week, and there will be more fun items offered each week.
7-week program: Begins Dec. 9th and ends on Thursday, January 23rd. This option is $195 until November 1st ($220 after Nov. 1st). T-shirts are not guaranteed for athletes who register after December 1st.
11-week program: Begins Dec. 9th and ends Feb. 20th. This option is $275 until November 1st ($300 after Nov. 1st).
The program will follow the schedule below. Please note we will NOT have practice on Dec. 26th
Weeks 1 & 2 (Dec. 9th, 12th, 16th, & 19th): Hampton Park
Weeks 3 & 4 (Dec. 23rd, 30th & Jan 2nd): Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park
Weeks 5 & 6 (Jan. 6th, 9th, 13th, & 16th): Hampton Park

Weeks 7 & 8 (Jan. 20th, 23rd, 27th, & 30th): Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park
Weeks 9 & 10 (Feb. 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th): Hampton Park
Week 11 (Feb. 17th & 20th) Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park
Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a $20 discount for registering more than one family member and a $30 discount for children of active Without Limits team members. Only one discount may be used.
