Spring Youth Running Program
Without Limits Charleston is offering a 2025 spring youth running program for ages 7-16 to help youth athletes prepare for spring races and sports, including the Cooper River Bridge Run April 6th, Catch the Leprechaun on March 15th, track season, and more.

This program is 5 weeks and will go from March 5th - April 2nd. Practices will be one hour, from 5-6pm on Wednesdays and all practices will be held at Mt Pleasant Waterfront Park. On Saturday, March 8th and Saturday March 29th, we will also have practices from 8-9am. In addition to the team workouts, athletes will receive a weekly email with suggested supplemental activities.

5-week option: $170
1-week option: $35

The program will include a WOL team t-shirt if you register for the 5-week option. A t-shirt is not included in the 1-week drop in option. T-shirts are not guaranteed for athletes who register after March 3rd.
