SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAMS

In variation to our previous training programs this 3 month program will focus on circuit training, building strength, and working on speed and agility. If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression. We always invite you out to a FREE training session to see if our program fits! Our practices will still have a running component and will target the GTC meets on Tuesday’s at 6pm at Eastside High School and Furman University.

Schedule & Location

  • Tuesday All Comers Meets @ 6:00pm Eastside
    • Team warmups will begine at 6:00pm and the first event will begin at 6:15pm. We will aim to time kids in distances greater than 100 meters. PLEASE wear our team WOL singlet that will be handed out on Tuesday at the meet. 
  • Wednesday Practice @ 5:30pm Legacy Park 
  • Sunday Practice @ 4:00pm Fishers Middle School 
    • Drop your child off at the gate that leads to the track. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly at 4pm. You can park across the street at 575 Millennium Blvd upper parking lot where you will pick up your child at 5:30pm.
  • June 2nd through August 6th (no practice from June 27th through July 8th)
  • Age: 6 to 14

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Towel or Yoga Mat
  • Proper Running Shoes
  • Good Attitude

What to Expect

  • Practices are 60-70 minutes long
  • Include running, jumping, core drills, and games
  • We will have fitness groups (depending on age and ability)
  • This program will help build confidence and fitness
