In variation to our previous training programs this 3 month program will focus on circuit training, building strength, and working on speed and agility. If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression. - Sunday Practice @ 4:00pm Cleveland Park
- Age: 6 to 14
What to Bring
- Water bottle
- Towel or Yoga Mat
- Proper Running Shoes
- Good Attitude
What to Expect
- Practices are 60 minutes long
- Include running, jumping, core drills, and games
- We will have fitness groups (depending on age and ability)
- This program will help build confidence and fitness
