Program Information

WINTER YOUTH PROGRAMS

In variation to our previous training programs this 3 month program will focus on circuit training, building strength, and working on speed and agility. If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression. We always invite you out to a FREE training session to see if our program fits!

Schedle & Location

  • Wednesday Practice @ 5:30pm Legacy Park 
  • Sunday Practice @ 4:00pm Cleveland Park
  • Age: 6 to 14

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Towel or Yoga Mat
  • Proper Running Shoes
  • Good Attitude

What to Expect

  • Practices are 60 minutes long
  • Include running, jumping, core drills, and games
  • We will have fitness groups (depending on age and ability)
  • This program will help build confidence and fitness
